Fairly fast shipping to Canada, and it is as listed. It came new, in it’s own cellophane package, factory closed. It was a bit confusing on how to take off the battery holder, and the way you do it, twist the silver cover in the direction of the arrow, and then off. Works as described, but there is no indication on how the batteries go in. You need to make sure you reverse one as in most battery compartments and then it works, with + on the left and – on the right at top. The vibrations are not bad for the price, and she likes it, and it is fun to use. You can feel confident on purchasing this item, and this store.
