Item seems made well, definitely could trigger the gag reflex until you are use to it, the size helps in that regard because it’s not girthy. My only concern is that the silicone holding the ball is thin. I’m wondering about the longevity – but I guess it would be okay unless it breaks. Other than that, I think it will be fun to use. At this price point it’s definitely a bargain.

exactly as described, except for metal parts which come in dark nickel colour – which i personally see as an upgrade to the pictured version. recommended.
Smaller than I thought. Still the belt fits, p*nis-shaped gag slightly touches the throat. Good!
